In this & any questionable case, her lawyers should have, at the very least, spoken to her prior to make an effort to correct the testimony. Any deponent is under an obligation to provide truthful and accurate testimony under oath. It was so delicious watching her be taken down a notch. She's so loud and loves to talk so much garbage about QAnon and "patriots" and blah, blah, blah, but under oath, she doesn't "recall" anything in her own life LOL. It was HILARIOUS when she denied calling Pelosi a traitor, and the prosecutor asked for "exhibit 5," and she's like, "Oh, wait, hold on..." She knew that exhibit 5 would be a VIDEO of her calling Pelosi a traitor lol. Typical Republican though because they love to mouth off to anyone who'll listen, but when actually held accountable, they suddenly develop amnesia and cannot stand behind their OWN words and convictions. This is why they are the minority in the country and need the Electoral College to win elections. Without that, not a single Republican would ever be elected President.

Having a near non-existent memory ( when it suits her ) means the oath of office she swore has gone somewhere convenient too and she may have trouble toileting herself unassisted. Alternatively if it is just a case of her being entitled and comfortably offering nothing more than lies, slander and repeating ignorant talking points from her knuckle dragging base. The voters who mandated the party that was elected in 2020 along with all Americans who want to support rather than divide the country, deserve better.

I don't recall is not a lie under oath as you have to prove 100% the witness remembered 100% of the answer with no subjectivity. That's why never see perjury on those answers.

I agree that there has to be accountability. She should be investigated for her role in Jan 6, in allegedly inciting insurrection, which is criminal, also for alleged perjury. There has to be accountability, consequences, even for members of Congress. All we want is Justice!
