Love Saturday school. I agree that carnivore gets a little bit monotonous. You want some different textures in your mouth (can I get a hey now lol), like even the crisp crunch of vegetables

I'm really struggling ... powerlifting was my passion until a back and pelvis injury ... its been over 2 years now, only been able to train VERY occasionally ... I've deaded 300k ... im so frustrated and fed-up with it all!!!
