Love this! My EMT instructor mentioned him and I'm glad he did. It's hard to get a message like this across a mass majority of people, and i think he did a good job. Our society is falling apart and its due to false narratives roughly drafted by ideologies targeted at those who don't know what their purpose is in the world.

Very great information and i read some of the comments and the women are still talking. Enjoyed this series for not only laughter but ot helps me understand a little more than before i listened with my attention on. I turned off the water, tv, etc. To gain some knowledge. The 8year old voice i understand but wont comment. My voice would have been a three year old when you trying to make sense of what you dont understand but thank you sir. This was more than inviting and nontoxic or threatening. We laugh at our kids but we understand there is room for growth. I will be looking for more material from you for my desire is to be successful in marriage and to enjoy my spouse.

An okay video, but honestly missed some key truths. No, th basic want from a man isn't to use their organs for pleasure. It's not mine. That is secondary to the romantic relationship between a man and woman which, I suppose includes sex, but is by no means the leading factor. In any case, it shouldn't be the leading factor. If it is, you're not chasing marriage for the right reason, nor chasing your wife's happiness for the right reason. We aren't supposed to be making our wives happy and pleased just so they'll let us do stuff to them, we're supposed to sacrifice ourselves for them, because that's love. Because we should enjoy doing so. Because its a good thing to do, to make someone else happy, to do stuff for them, to work for them, provide for them, protect them, comfort them, help them, and to just live life with them. You shouldn't win her heart so you can win other parts. That's not a healthy mindset. You should win her heart every day when you wake up, because that's the part you should care about the most. That's what should bring you the most happiness. That's what a servant does, he does for others. You winning her heart is happiness for her. Don't do on the basis of sexual desires. Do for the love that you have, for the love you want to give, and for the happiness you receive by being a servant. Then, your secondary desires might be met.

Agree with you. And I AM married... This video just serves to make men out to be h0rny brainless animals who bargain for women's bodies to be happy, and that's such an awful view of men. Why would I want to be married to that? My husband is a fully competent partner who loves me for more than just my body. We work together as a team instead of manipulating each other to get what we want, and we are more alike than different. Gungor is massively unhelpful at best.

Awful advice. So tired of "pastors" preaching fake science and unhealthy relationship dynamics without a hint of scripture to base any of it on. God created us as equal image bearers to partner with each other and we are more alike than different... He wants so much better for us than to assume men and women are the sum of their hormones and thinking styles and that's just the way life is.
@pinupplaytime300 Жыл бұрын
This really is very misogynistic. Funny, and cute, but he definitely dances around and justifies the real problem in marriage, which is domestic labor distribution. Like, of course she's multitasking. Of course she feels like she has to remember everything. She has a home to run. Most divorce is sought out by the women, about 80%. And marriage is statistically good for MEN. MEN live longer lives in marriage. He even says it. Women live long happy lives regardless. I mean, c'mon. We know we outlive them. He doesn't say that. Our brains really aren't THAT different. It's that we've been given one helluvalotta work.
@aleluia01 Жыл бұрын
Women outlive men because men get tired and have a hard time dealing with all c..p; women want financial stability, they want help, they want love, they want men to be emotionally available, they want men to be strong outside the house but be the gentle and listen to the woman inside the house, they want this, they want that ...they want it ALL basically! Not misogynistic in the least. He made it a point at the very beginning that this isn't the normal seminar where men are getting crapped on because they aren't women, and he also made it a point that a lot of the things women want out of their man are things they can expect from another women because they just don't understand where the man is coming from. He also made it very clear that he was speaking generalities, and generally speaking everything he said is 100% true. There is no misogyny in truth. Just your acceptance of it. He also made it clear that everything he is saying doesn't apply to every man nor to every woman because everyone is different.
