@@jacquelineleubin5004 I think movie producers are very unprofessional. Movies can be made on regular hours. Why do you make employees work 16 hours a day? Sure when you're shooting on location and have a limited time frame, you have to squeeze in extra time. But when you are shooting on a set as in this case, there's no reason for it.

I think it's a case of egos; not bigger, not better or worse, just that their egos are different as presented to the camera. Mark Harmon is more like John Wayne or Paul Newman, subtle, not pushy yet powerful underneath. Tom Cruise is more flashy or flamboyant. They each could play the same role yet give you different aspects of the character. That's why certain actors are better for certain roles, but typecasting may keep us from seeing what a particular actor could bring to a role. Leslie Nielsen showed us his comedic side in Airplane! after years of dramatic parts, and after that was in mainly comedies.

Then NCIS which I have followed every year despite main cast members leaving for other projects. But the best news is that he is still married to Pam Dawber who I went head over heels for as Mindy McConnell. They are a good looking couple! A match made in heaven. And after the “confrontation” between Liz and Mark, Liz didn’t use her clout to have Mark fired. She took it as a learning experience and decided to remain on set as much as it was needed despite her contract saying otherwise. That shows character
