Mark Strock's decompressed 6.9 IDI initial test fire at R&D IDI

From my venture to Washington state in June 2016, picked up a 1989 Crew cab 4x4 and a 1985 6.9 engine and made them one. The truck was decompressed to 18:1 as it had already had trouble keeping the heads on from higher boost levels, even being studded. The decompressing was done with custom thicker gaskets produced in the Czech Republic and sent to the states. The build sheet on this truck is really LONG, there is a good bit done to it.
