In terms of convenient exercise, my add-on was jumping rope. You can take it anywhere, and it's way lower impact than running with a much higher calorie burn. I've also found it to be very lifting friendly because it's full body and promotes circulation really well. It can easily be done 5-6 days per week with no recovery issues.

The amount of free knowledgeable information that’s given out is incredible.

Between these guys, Stan, Matt Wenning, Dave Tate and others, it's insane how much free info is tossed out there these days. We're so fortunate.

I feel much better during my workouts when I eat clean. I don't like to exclude any foods or carbs, but I try to minimize the processed foods. I enjoy eating home cooked meals and fresh salads.

Mark I just started to run because of you. I was afraid to hurt my knees though. But I decided to start very slowly and now I understand what u meant with progressing from walking to a light jogging. I’m feeling awesome, I’m gaining stamina and I have not injured myself so far and I’m amazed because what I’m getting from running is helping me with my lifting sessions. Thanks for sharing your journey and for the very helpful information your guys provide in the fitness space. God bless u all!

Hey Andrew, I found that implementing HIT style training has really brought back my love for lifting while still practicing the skill of BJJ! Weight training once per week with one set per exercise to absolute momentary muscular failure is super exciting to me and I've still been progressing putting on muscle and strength. Might be worth looking into Drew Baye and his stuff!

What is your opinion on the starch solution (potatoes rice whole grains corn beans veggies fruit no oil no animal products) by Dr John McDougall? I've lost 300lbs diabetes type 2. This Dr says keto is bad in the long run.

I loved cooking eggs but now I live in a efficiency room without stove . How can I still enjoy my eggs without a stove? I don’t like the hard boiled gross ones that come in water and are foul
@shawtyab2blow11 ай бұрын
Put a couple drops of hot sauce on each boiled egg. Or just eat em raw.

You can scramble eggs in a bowl and throw the bowl and any add ins like cheese, peppers, onions or cubed ham and microwave it all.

Poached eggs are amazing. They sell cheap "egg poachers" online. Crack the eggs, throw them in the microwave with some water and you get delicious eggs. They can be closer to hard boiled or gushing like over easy depending on how long you cook them.

Your tastbuds aren't fuked up but peoples tastes buds are fuked. Like American bread is considered almost cake in many euro countries. They think its sweet and more so I have meet Asains who find it gross its so sweet. We adapt to everthing.
