Agree completely with Marks statement of people living above their means but still saying they can’t get quality foods. They are finding a way to splurge on other things, funny how the food gets the ‘I can’t afford it’ treatment. It really comes down to what our priorities are, people often just use the can’t afford it excuse instead of admitting other things in life take priority.

I have an autoimmune disease that makes it difficult to get calories so I tend to eat high fat meats like ground beef and sausage, and some white rice for carbs and my weight stays pretty consistent, lifting 5 days a week. I think Anabolic Activities if my favorite series Mark is doing right now! What’s with the board back behind the dumbbells with all the weight classes? Is it for a powerlifting team?

If you are 20% body fat, you only need one cup of rice a day for all of your non-fibrous carbohydrates. Trust me I just came from 20% to around 12%.
