it's very strong bing, the 50lb braid leader to 20lb braid line is a superb setup/combination for spodding and the knot is very very reliable👍

I started using it about 4 years ago mr t, a mate suggested i use it instead of the braid to mono shock leader knot that's already on my channel, i have to say he was right, i've flip flopped between the two and for a braid to braid spod setup this one is better, it's not given me any issues either👍

nice one billy, being a short session angler i'd be the first to say i'm not a big fan of spodding but when i have to i choose this one, i used to use a mahin knot which is the braid to mono knot on this channel but i had the occasional issue with it but this one has been perfect when i've used it👍

Brill knot Mark bullet proof I also use it when tying new line to my backing line on my reels🙏

Hi Adam, no mate, I dropped out a long time ago, I've no idea what's going on in psac these days, they still have the same nice ponds round Benty heath Lane and its always been wirral's best fishing club👍

@@adambaxter8599 yeah I'm good Adam thanks, not fishing much at the moment, the lakes are really busy and I've been struggling just to get a peg some weeks so I've skipped going. I prefer winter fishing these days, its harder going but at least the lakes are quiet👍 I've no idea how long the psac waiting list is, you might have to wait another year or two, I guess someone needs to drop out before they go to the waiting list?🤔
