Thank you so much Mark for documenting this Anthony Bourdain tour. Frankly, it was due to Anthony's No Reservations and A Cook's Tour I decided to travel more, even if I was single. Since then I visited China, Thailand, Cambodia and the US. And it's now thanks to you I discovered so many wonderful restaurants in Thailand and Thai culture. This is surely on my bucket list: the Anthony Bourdain food tour as an homage to the man who made me want to travel and learn a lot from it.

I wish I could have spent a day with him eating, drinking and talking with him. Hell I would having loved getting stoned with him as well. I felt like we would have gotten along famously as I am a retired Chef myself. I wish those people closest to him could have seen what was going on behind the scenes. Maybe they could have saved his life! Thanks for keeping his story alive. I really enjoyed your series on him. I think you have a little Anthony in you also, I know I do!! Thanks for showing New Jersey Mark! Loved this series - I'm so proud that you came by and tried some of our cuisines and experienced our culture! To all the outsiders looking in, yea you might not see crazy concoctions or super eye-catching/fancy foods when you come here - but that's just the thing - it's simple, no fluff, honest food from the heart... That's Jersey... the food reflects who we are. Loved that you tried scrapple Mark - it's definitely a local thing in South Jersey (came from PA actually) and not for everyone lol. Tastes even better when it's super crispy! Loved your diner food experience - hashbrowns, sunny side eggs (my favorite style), scrapple, pancakes, & black coffee... this hits on so many levels for me, as it does for us New Jersey folks. New Jersey, after all, is the diner capital of the world! So glad you got to experience the blueberry farm - love getting pounds of this after picking some. Sometimes I get lazy and just buy the packaged ones but they are slightly marked up - worth it if you don't want to work for it lol. Yes, Camden is not in great shape but there are gems like the one you shown all over. I appreciate that you're taking the time to review these places because yes, they do represent hope, and sometimes hope is all that's necessary to keep the economy going. Without it, it would probably be in worse shape and so for you to shine a light on these areas and taking the time to give them a taste, props to you man - so much respect. I do hope you return in the future to New Jersey! You are always welcomed! Jesus bless you, Ying, and Micah, and hope you have a great rest of your USA tour! Can't wait to see where you take us next!

That cheese steak roll looked out of this world! So funny hearing the commercials in the background while Mark is eating that sandwich. He should get some advertising money from Swiffer Wet Jet 😂. Loved this series tribute to Anthony Bourdain!

you're kind of like Anthony Bordain yourself. Bringing people together through food. Love your energy!
