Ok, so i went to the saltbox today after seeing this video pop up!! I had the catfish plate. The serving size was about double what you would normally expect at a restaurant! We got a side of hush honeys which are standard hush puppies doused in honey. They are Amazing! The real star for me tho was the "chowda". I have 40 years experience in Chowder and I can say today I had the best Chowda of my LIFE! It was piping hot which is good, but i got an immediate butter taste like when you dunk lobster in butter. I let it cool down a bit and ad I sipped it I noticed less butter but more lobster flavor. As I dove in with my fork, I saw not a single potato like in Campbell's cans, but this was full of herbs, butter, and massive chunks or clams and fish! It was 15/10 I told the staff 3x I came here from 3 hours away because of this video andnwas blown away by the quality! Wish I could come back sooner for real!
