I love Copenhagen and I have been blessed by being there 3 times already. It is a very beautiful country, very clean and its people very friendly with American tourists. However, I was born and raised in the US. I don't want to sugar coat things or go around the bushes. Danish people eat way very healthy compared to Americans and their food definitely would be always a good idea to try it for a change, but I can honestly tell you is far from the taste of Americans for food. Americans like solid stomach-filling greasy, deep fried and flavorful food. Danish people eat mostly cold, pickled, raw, healthy, but bland food when compared to American food. Mark is obviously just doing his job to promote gastronomy wherever country he goes to. Remember that is his job. No doubt that he does a good job, he likes everything and he always looks very happy. I like his videos.
