You were just not letting Mark to say how he felt about the food, you could have said your expertise/saying after mark gave his opinion rather you constantly tried to explain about what You felt(which you over did). i have never seen these many unique foods except the gobi manchurian shown, others were very unique... the big sponge idly looks very cool , egg rice is too much ... as there is egg in rice also and too much curry eggs i think that much amount of egg not good but looks very cool and bell peppers also nice... great video covering all these unique crazy street food, i think best part of eating streetfood is that we get to see the colors and cooking

Gobi Manchurian is a dish that's far far more than the sum of its parts. I adore cauliflower on its own, so I'm biased- but the preparation of Gobi Manchurian is just the perfect way to serve it. I wish I could try the Gobi you had... looks divine.
