As Glad you guys are, I am disappointed in you Mr. Kripal. You were just not letting Mark to say how he felt about the food, you could have said your expertise/saying after mark gave his opinion rather you constantly tried to explain about what You felt(which you over did). Mark’s Energy was just not there in this Episode! You kindof over-shadowed his presense by over-doing it!

i have never seen these many unique foods except the gobi manchurian shown, others were very unique... the big sponge idly looks very cool , egg rice is too much ... as there is egg in rice also and too much curry eggs i think that much amount of egg not good but looks very cool and bell peppers also nice... great video covering all these unique crazy street food, i think best part of eating streetfood is that we get to see the colors and cooking

Gobi Manchurian is a dish that's far far more than the sum of its parts. I adore cauliflower on its own, so I'm biased- but the preparation of Gobi Manchurian is just the perfect way to serve it. I wish I could try the Gobi you had... looks divine.
