Due to the Wildman experience, I got into kettlebells, done them for years. Then finally got a mace and an Adex arc and been doing that for just over a year. Also, got into heavy sandbag last few months. Oh, and a weighted sled. Feeling pretty good overall. Guess I'll look into a slamball at some point.

This is something that I can greatly appreciate and get my arms around. Industrial grade functional exercise in an everyday working man setting. Thank you Mark!

I’d guess the slam ball is great for beginners learning cleans. Since it’s soft, the fear of injury can be much less. I’ve been keeping my 50 pound slam ball in the truck for a couple of weeks and getting in lifts through the week. I do mostly clean to shoulder, stand up, let it drop behind me, clean to the other shoulder, repeat. Guess I’m in shape from the hundreds of Club, Mace, and Kettle Bell workouts I’ve been doing since I started carrying the gear with me in the truck. I’m about to order a 100 pound sand bag. Thanks for the variations! This will finally get me to try the Zercher. Thank you Mark.

Been doing the Slamball program for about two months and loving it! The GORUCK sand medicine balls are awesome for the program.

This morning I did the clean-squat-drop variation as Mr. Wildman demonstrates as a warmup and finisher of my 1-hour kettlebell workout. It was awesome. Thank you.

Love my slam ball & kettlebell training & it always makes me laugh when you mention the weights of the balls/bells! I’m 5’4 & 54kg😂those weights would steam roll me😂 Do you ever train with gymnastic rings? & would you consider it on your channel? Me personally,I love them & are a great addition to anybody’s training x

Just had a go with 20kg kb.......1 min / 1 min 18 7/7 6/6 5/5 5/5 54 squats + pure juicing = that was fun + feeling the abs + rock position mobility ongoing. Similar squat numbers seem ideal taking it up to 73lbs. Here's to the new year hip juicin 🎉

Mark - thank you for the insightful and informative content. Can someone with diastasis recti follow your programs? I find I can no longer train in the same manner as I continue to exacerbate my condition.

Not an answer to your question, but if you haven't already read it I know Katy Bowman has a book about diastasis recti. I have read two of her other books and they were both extremely eye opening for me and neither were a chore to read
