Ah yes TNA Impact. To me it's the same as MySpace. It was getting hot and popular in the 2000s, and in 2010 it fell off a cliff. MySpace still exists in the same way Impact still does, its just there unrecognizable and limping along never to recover.

I want to see an in depth analysis of Crash Holly from 1999 - 2003. I love this guy and he needs more love. He's an obscure wrestler and I don't know why since he was big in his era. He was over as hell and now it seems he's forgotten by everyone. Haven't heard anyone mention him. Didn't even know he was dead until 2018, that's how little he was talked about.

Huge RVD fan here, but imo him being Mr TNA was just wrong. I believe what made Christian's TNA run good was how even though he initially never lost by pin fall as champion, he still wrestled like he did in WWE where he had to overcome the odds. Same with Rhyno. Kurt was already a main eventer in WWE so his reign meant nothing to me. RVD's on the contrary just felt weird to me. He deserved more in WWE like Christian, but the "more" he got in TNA could've been better had he not been booked like a god most of the time.

But that got denied, and then he got drafted to ECW. which made him feel like the wwe didnt value him highly. Vince tried to get him help but Kurt was knee deep in drugs mainly PKs couldnt understand vince and just couldn't handle full time anymore. basically he had addictions so he asked for his release. Jericho recalls Vince saying "we can't let an Olympic gold medalist die on our watch" TLDR : he was addicted asked for his release

Hate to "actually," but the RVD match at Hardcore Justice was supposed to be against classic rival Jerry Lynn (at the time recently former RoH champion and could still definitely go) but he sustained an injury close to the show and it was changed to Sabu, which even before it happened the general consensus was that it would be a less good match.

To me RVD is like Kane. In the sense that you can use them however you want but it only takes a few big wins to make them credible main events again. We kinda need more guys like that, not every main eventer should hog the spotlight all the time imo.
