My parrot is having sneezing fits for the past few nights, only in the night. He only stops sneezing when I let him sleep on me. Does anyone know what this could be?

Marlene, I've had my Mulluccan Cockatoo companion for 27 years (28 years in February). My husband has stage four cancer and I need to find him a loving home. I've tried the sanctuaries but they are all full. Do you have any ideas for me? He was a wild caught bird and so isn't a good fit for most people. Plus he doesn't like men. I'm willing to travel to the right sanctuary.
