Here's my theory. Waiting in the castle at the end of time is "He Who Remains" the one who created the TVA. But the "OWR" is actually "The Last Loki Who Remains." He's there to make sure that the Loki's aren't all inevitably doomed to die by Thanos. Ravona really doesn't know who created the TVA, she was sent there by Kang eons ago to infiltrate and control the TVA while trying to find a way to take over the timeline. She actually allowed Silvie to escape so that she could hopefully disrupt the TVA's power so that Kang could ultimately take control of the sacred timeline for himself. When Kang finally gets control, the Loki's unite to oppose him and regain control - causing the multiverse of madness.

The frog in the jar is THROG, a frog who got powers of Thor and able to wield Mjolnir. His jar is labeled T365, which actually means Thor #365, his first appearance. The Thanoscopter is a reference to Spidey Super Stories, a 79's comic series aimed at very young children staring Spider-man. In this, Thanos had a helicopter that his name proudly marked on it. 🤗

I mean technically Tues-Fri are all named after Norse gods. Tuesday is Tyr's day, Wednesday is Odin's day, Thursday is Thor's day, and Friday is Frigga's day. So any one of those days could work by your logic. But they probably did Wednesday because The Bad Batch drops on Fridays, which to my knowledge is the only other big franchise show being aired weekly on Disney+? I could be wrong though. And having Loki air on Wednesday means there's a day in between (Thurs) before the next show airs (TBB) on Friday.

As a University of Florida grad, I am especially proud of this episode. GO GATORS!! At my freshman orientation they told us that an alligator can last about a hour or so out of water. We had ponds around campus because we had small alligators so they could find water since they were babies. I think it's a Loki as well. We still haven't seen the King Loki from the trailers. And being Loki he would do anything to keep his crown so creating a agency to "control" his timeline and round up all the other Loki's knowing they would cause things to get messed up. Tasha, the year 2099 on his TVA file wasn't his active years. It said sector, since he was a Variant from the 1900-2099 range. So the TVA has a 'section' for timelines & variants formed between 1900 & 2099, and probably another squad for events/variants from 1700-1899 or 2100-2299. Edit: I should have waited for the video to finish before commenting, for Tasha did her diligence and brought up on the report and realized it said Sector.
