I really liked this longer workout, the combo of kettlebell and cardio and the challenge of stability ball moves...yes!...was a quick transition at times to set up for moves...mic sounds great, I like the live better than voice over and the warm up! Thanks Marsha😊

One like this with dumbells (legs,arms, cardio,core) would be awesom, with stability ball for core or without. Honestly all your workouts are always done well, but thanks for being open to our suggestions. I keep coming back here👍

Great workout, thank you! More 25-30 minute pure cardio HIIT’s, followed with some specific dumbbell finishers would be wonderful. Turning 50 this year, so I’m very determined! Marsha keeps me motivated every day.

Ways great routine Marsha. After watching my track athletes this year, i saw that they were really weak in the core area. I love this program you presented, it will be a great addition for their strength training program this summer. I especially like the single curl, i only had used the double leg type. This exercise is crucial for all runners especially sprinters where it strengthens the hamstrings in a more specific way that mimics the movements when running. Additionally, I have a question about the Russian Twist. Recently, I’ve been reading some trainers shying away from this exercise citing concerns over too much pressure on the spine. I myself have used this exercise...your thoughts. Thank you for sharing.

Hi - thanks for your comments. I think the Russian Twist is a bit riskier than other movement patterns because of the rotation combined with the tension on the core. It is probably not ideal for less trained individuals with weaker abdominals unless they are very careful and controlled. I don't think it poses a problem for those with stronger abs who perform the exercise with control. Hope that helps! I think there are so many ways to train the core if you are not sure, use another method!
