I am loving these work outs I definitely get sweaty but it is perfect for me as a mom of two. I definitely like the Bell to tell when we are done with the move because I am watching on my phone.

Good morning Marsha! One of my fitness friends introduced me to your channel recently and this is the first time I am doing your workouts! I just did this workout at 7:30am! I haven't done stability ball workouts in a while! And I love the high instensity it brings! Love all the moves so much! So many moves I haven't done before using the ball! The hardest and most burning moves were: 1. Glute Bridges ... glutes on fire! 2. Burpees R ... balancing so hard! 3. SL Bridges R ... glutes on fire and balancing so hard! 4. Pushups... balancing so hard! 5. SL Curls R ... glutes on fire and balancing so hard! 6. Side Crunches R ... balancing so hard! 7. Jackknives ... core burning! 8. Side V-Ins R ... thighs on fire! 9. Leg lifts ... core on fire! 10. Knee to Elbow ... the ultimate core burning move! core on fire fire fire! Killer core, obliques, and glute workout! THank you so much for this amazing and challenging workout! I must do it again! Have a great day! :-)

I really liked the one legged bridges with fingers touching the mat. Exactly what has been prescribed to me to strengthen my hips. Good stuff!

I'm good! Running three time a week, doing some yoga and strength training to balance it all out. I'm off at the end of June, would love to catch up - go for a run or a matcha latte (my alternative to coffee) or some Pinot Grigio. I'll ping you or feel free to ping me. 🤗

another excellent fitball workout, thank you so much! As I am starting the second half of my life, my wife and her girlfriends thought it a good idea to start me on some 'extra' exercising to get me in a better shape; your workouts are really appreciated and doing the job and the girls have some fun while supervising me....haha. well all for the good cause!

Unfortunately, I didn't have such as an exciting weekend, no hangover for me, hehe. Instead, I woke up with a splitting PMS headache, so this workout was just the thing, low impact, easy on the head and I'm in a puddle of sweat. Thanks again!
