All kenyans must understand that our problems began at independence. Our foundation was faulty. The first president allowed brokers from amongst his friends and tribesmen to run the country. When Odinga and other leaders stood firm on values in leadership. They were punished and hatred was planted in Mount kenya against the Luo community. The campaign was put on motion to every house hold preaching lies against Odinga family personally and the entire community which continues todate. And if anything has to be done. Kenya has to be restarted. Uhuru almost discovered the rotten politics that crooks have kept secret since. And what is surprising is that the mount kenya people who are more affected on the sharing of national resources through devolution then any other community. And he tried to help his people through BBI but the same mount kenya who are used to mediocrity stopped him. It doesn't matter who becomes president. What matters is a strong leader who can pull the country together and start the country a fresh. Ruto is exactly running a country the way mzee Kenyatta did. Most Kenyatta's cabinet talked openly like Gachagwa, Ichugwa and Oscar Sudi. And unless kenyans wake-up, walk to African union office in Ethiopia and bring back RAILA AMOLO ODINGA and MARTHA KARUA for 2027 otherwise kenya has Zero future. Thanks.

I was there during the Nyayo days. Those days were horrible. Nothing was ever built. Everything was either being 'eaten' or destroyed or being left to rot. Martha Karua says our best days were during Kibaki? Yes they were. and yet she went against Kibaki.

Her resignation was based on matters principles. There was the matter of appointment of judges behind her back and before the reforms in the judiciary. The Law Society of Kenya supported her proposals of appointment of judges via merit. Chief Justice Gicheru was the stumbling block and misadvised Kibaki. Martha as a stickler for the law and a principled individual opted to step down. That cannot be said of the immediate former Deputy President, when he fundamentally disagreed with his boss, the former president!
