Do at least 15 minutes a day 7 days a week to at least maintain some level of flexibility.

These exercises and a few others. Usually twice a day. Consistency is key, along with relaxation.

The sequence between 2.20 and 4.20 is the progression for box split. It needs to be done 1-2 times a day with good relaxation and breathing. Consistency is the key. 😀
