Thks for the tips , falling skill are hard and takes month to master it. And there's lot's of stuff can go wrong especially if you don't have a thic matt

All true, although I had a friend that practiced all these on a 1/2 Walmart mat. Technique is the key. Thanks for watching and for taking the time to comment

I just started martial arts in the recent months, they have tried teaching me break falls but I always anticipate it too much, or I'm scared of just full sending it

Start low, on knees or sitting. Work up to the higher levels
