I have been producing edm for about 12 years now and just recently became one of Alex's students. Alex is an angel! Seriously. Finding a good teacher is soooo important! It doesnt matter how creative you are if you don't get serious. All these years and the fun of producing and I never took the time to be professional organized and educated. To take your hobby to a professional realm... take the course, take notes, lots of notes, rewatch, produce as you go and embed his knowledge in your head, learn the techniques do not skip anything and ask questions! he actually responds! There are a lot of gimmicks and learn music fast courses out there that are complete blasphemy, avoid them like the plaque they will ultimately confuse you in the end. These courses are the exact opposite and will bring focus to your passion. Listen to the music he creates. It speaks for itself. Thanks again Alex!!!

Dude I don't think I've ever seen such a useful production tutorial that is so short. It's exactly as long as it needs to be and not longer, and it exactly tells us what we need to know. I've seen a few of your videos now and they're all delightfully informative and short, I'm subbing right away!

Hey what's up Alex! Just a quick question that I'd really appreciate your opinion on: if I already have the stock Logic compressor as well as the Neutron 3 compressor, do you think it is worth it to get Fabfilter Pro-C 2? Keep the videos coming, lovin' the consistency! Thanks :)

Keep practicing. That's how I'm getting better. Watch video tutorials about melodies like this and try to do them in your DAW. If you meat some kind of obstacle like how to change sound or something else do research again. And so for and so fourth unless you get to pro. :)
