This was the scariest moment of Frank. Before this, we only saw him inject ketamine and talk about facts with Gideon. But here he actually intimidates her and enjoys her fear. On the other hand, he is NOT a complete monster/pure evil. He DOES fall in love with Jane. His catchphrase should have been "Did you know?" because of his obsession with facts. In that way, he's like The Riddler/Edward Nygma of Batman. He shares his coldness, willingness to murder, intellect, and ego.

I think Foyet was more evil, but that's just me. Billy Flynn was extremely evil though. I'm not sure who the most evil person on Criminal Minds was. Probably The Roycewoods from "Mosley Lane." They killed children. Alongside the child rapist from "Into the Woods."

I like fanfics and one that crossed this show over with Supernatural had Frank return as a demon shortly after Gideon's recent death. He restarted his killing spree and was worse than ever as a demon. Both the BAU and the Winchesters caught the case and worked together in a way to bring a final end to Frank. The BAU tracked Frank down and were captured but the Winchesters rescued them and as the guy Frank possessed was still alive exorcised him instead of killing him. He shot Reid before he was fully exorcised but Reid survived as they got him to the hospital in time. That wasn't the end of Frank however as the exorcism just sent him back to Hell and he could one day return. The Winchesters contacted the team and offered them a solution to finish the job themselves so Frank would be truly dead. The team took it and Frank was destroyed for good.
