Episode Notes:
1. Footage captured on the Mega SG.
2. I desperately wanted a Transformers game based on the original Marvel Comic. It was not meant to be, however.
3. X-Women wasn't the only canceled game Sega had that used a Marvel license. They also canceled a 32X X-Men game around the same time.
4. Though I was a fan of Marvel, I did prefer many of the DC Comics heroes back then. I had grown up watching Justice League and loved the Superman and Batman films.
5. The Marvel license was probably best in video games when Capcom started using it for its fighting games.
6. Many of these games have Master System and Game Gear variations you can look up. There are also a number of releases for the Game Gear that weren't on the Genesis.
7. Sega had a port of Spider-Man vs The Kingpin for the Sega CD, as well as an exclusive game called Spider-Man Web of Fire for the 32X.
8. Sega had an arcade System 32 Spider-Man beat'em up that it never brought to any of its systems.
