Marvel: Crisis Protocol is a tabletop hobby miniatures game set in the Marvel Universe. Players assemble, paint, and collect an ever expanding line of highly detailed plastic miniatures representing iconic Marvel characters. The curb issue you talk about (4 squares wide on the Sanctum vs 2 elsewhere) is actually super common in the States. We're constantly paving over old sidewalks, so it's actually pretty spot on.

I was also considering making one of these boards and an idea that I had was having a block of it be on fire. Like using green stuff to sculpt fire on the hood of a car and paint it up like it's up in flames , and then an apartment building with cotton balls painted black n grey flying up out of the windows like smoke was billowing out from the burning building. Super heroes always got to save civilians from burning building !

Maybe a small statue park with some benches, overlooked by statues of famous heroes. They’d be easy to make out of action figures and a character battering an enemy with a statue of themselves would be amazing flavour.

Apply the crackle paint much thicker for the effect you're looking for. As thick as possible. It's cheaper to buy a different brand of crackle paint

I want to suggest the last board be an open, grassy board. You can turn it into a park (so you can add a removable fountain or statuary, maybe a gazebo or a stage). You can use it to park your food truck onto. I made a picnic table the kind that you find out here in the states at most public parks, out of foam core and wooden stir sticks. I needed someplace to put the food trays filled with tacos and drinks!

If your boards are warping. You could glue another substrate that is the same size as your board to help combat some of the warping. Something like plasticard could work.

You could do a multi-storey car park. Good reason to use all those cars and other vehicles. 🚗🚕
