If they had made Tom Holland's Spider-man like Andrew Garfield's with the personality more closely representing Spider-man from the comics, isn't a fan boy over Tony Stark or relying on Tony Stark or Stark Technology to solve problems. A Spider-man where the villain's are not pissed off people with a grudge against Tony Stark, but instead villains origins are closer to the comics. If they would have given the audience that Spider-man and Sony didn't own rights to it. They could have had Spider-man show up in other projects. Help other characters in battle, give maybe advice to Riri, and Ms. Marvel. If they had done that and didn't have multiple heroes and villains deviate so ridiculously far from the comics as far as how their origin goes and how their character is potrayed. The MCU wouldn't be having most of the problems they are having.

People loved the first 2 Fox F4 movies. The problem didn't start until the end of the 2nd one with how they portrayed Galactus. They had actors that fit their roles. They used better known and popular storylines. There was an easy out for the Galactus debacle. All they had to do was insert an explanation that due to the size of his ship, it had such strong gravity that it gathers asteroids and other space junk during its travels. Remember what happened to Saturn's rings when it passed by?? That would've been pretty cool way to get out of that mess. Because everyone was left with the thought that Galactus was an asteroid cloud. I would've loved to see how the 3rd movie was going to play out.

I just got back from building a set for Mad Max Wasteland. Starring Tom Hardy, Watched them going through Lines and Sequences … Boy it is something else Its being directed by George Miller. They are really giving it their all on this one, It was insane to watch.

They mistakenly thought they had to put them in another universe because no one would understand why they had never been mentioned. But they already solved that problem by putting them in the 60’s and having them time travel to the present. Who would mention a supergroup that disappeared decades earlier? They would have been irrelevant. And they could still have had the retro future vibe and just explain it as being Reed Richard’s influence.

IMO: Put the MCU on ice for 3 years. Clean house. Bring back the Marvel Creative Committee. Put Feige on a leash. Come back strong with the X-Men. Keep the first few movies relatively low stakes - a sort of cold war between the Friends of Humanity, the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants, and the X-Men. Build up the teams and the rivalries for a few movies with minor skirmishes between Xavier and Magneto and then unleash the sentinels for your first Avengers-style movie. Use Captain America: Civil War as a template except the threat of the sentinels temporarily unites the different mutant factions. From there, build up factions like the Hellfire Club. Keep "the big bad" as a more philosophical battle between the X-Men, Brotherhood, Friends of Humanity, etc. with movies spent world-building and developing character relationships. Eventually build up to Mr. Sinister and Apocalypse. NO DARK PHOENIX FOR AT LEAST 5 PHASES - you've done it twice, you've screwed it up twice. Along the way, add a rebooted MCU to the core X-Men movies. Work with Sony to bring in Spidey and his rogues gallery. Follow the '90s series and comic runs for inspiration.

I theorized since 2019 that when Cap went back in time, he went to an AU where the F4 were the main heroes instead of Avengers, hence why he kept Mjolnir but still retired

FF doesn't need an complete origin story. Being that it's "another reality" the FF, could be well established and suffer loss. But, you would need an anchoring event to "pull in FF" into mcu much like The Marvels.
