The fact that uMvC3 is being played over this game shows how the community feels about this whole game. If the modders can do anything to make this game more enjoyable the better, it’s just a shame that it takes work coming from the community to get this game some positive recognition for once.

I would argue heavily that this game in terms of competitive gameplay, is way better than umvc3. The balance is way better, there’s not a huge gap between high and low tier characters, no overtuned characters/assists that completely invalidate other characters and prevent them from playing, etc. The gameplay was definitely handled with a lot of care and attention to detail despite that not being true for every other aspect, so it does show that despite the low budget, obligatory corner cutting practices, and restrictions imposed on them by Disney, they really tried their hardest to make the game the absolute best it could be under those conditions

Honestly Capcom is one of the greatest video game companies of all time when we look at the amazing games they gave us and profound childhood memories. But their marketing and business operations sector is SOOO bad, and disorganized! they share the same issue with SEGA, although SEGA had ultimately grown out of their original business due to the mess the American branch caused, Capcom thankfully only had this disaster in the PS2 era when they took over the Final Fight IP once and made hot garbage out of it aka Streetwise, LOL. The only good thing about that game is the arcade mode. The story was tragic. Haha So yeah, I think Infinite caught the FFS syndrome and became the mess it is, but I agree that the gameplay offered fun elements that track back to MSH with the infinity stones system.

this game could be better, but the sound effect sucks, the graphic sucks, and the UI overall sucks too. The combat is fun but everything else looks bad and not polished at all.
