That is a gorgeous ranch. Been to Mexico once-Cabo San Lucas, also on the Baja Sur. Drive to the resort from the airport looked like outer Appalachia in terms of the trees and hills, but more “tropical” with the heat, humidity and plant varieties. Cool that places like this exist!
