I've done this about 4 times and it's already changed the shape of my legs and so enjoyable to do.. First excersize I've actually done that's given me the results on my legs I wanted. Was going to the gym and just bulking and getting exhausted. This is perfect and so amenable to do regularly.

@Gabriela Jerez Cánovas no, if anything it's making them less bulky and more toned and shapely. I look more proportional and slimline than usual. No bulk like I would get after cardio on the crosstrainer or bike. The only bull is on my butt. Even my husband said my butt looks great. 👌

Even though these are a killer for your glutes, a workout alone wouldn't make any noticeable results if isn't combined with a structured diet aligned with your goals. You need quality nutrients in exact portions to make sure your body will regenerate all these damaged muscle tissues and not store unnecessary fat in the process. I started jus today lol 🎉 im excited and proud of myself!!!! I gained a lot of weight do to the pandemic since I got a Home office job…. This workout is so GREAT :) you can share it in two different times or do it 2-3 times a week :) When I was younger I did upper body / lower body / cardio-stretching in different days (together six days a week) my leg routine was almost the same---so it brought back lot of memories :) I believe doing movements slowly concentrate using your own motivating music will give you extra kick :) Nowadays I do mainly slow squats and movements there between. I started with 10 squats learn to do it well (I do supportive hand movement at same time) now I do 40 (10X4 relaxing movement there between) and end I lift legs up on the wall and do blood circling supportive gentle movements). I keep 2 days pause nowadays between leg/lower body training and it works fine for me...less pains and give me result I want. I also recommend yoga/pilates type of movements - swimming - walking on nature paths-collect stairs-bicycle...use your own body weight when you do movements. Less is more (or enough...if you do daily and and same movements it will not bring in the end good result but will give you tiredness-pains in body and motivation will suffer). Wishing everyone nice moments with training---remember to keep your motivation up----changes routine---do enough---and have rest day(s)!

Started on 10.26.23 BEFORE: Left thigh: 60 cm Right thigh: 60 cm Day 1:✅ I don't know why I decided to follow this video without pauses.. it's all straight and I lost my breath and I sweat like don't know how, but felt the burn in my muscles!! For anyone watching this workout to “reduce thigh fat,” you CAN’T spot reduce fat. Fat is lost through a calorie deficit and a calorie deficit alone. Great workout but if you don’t focus on your diet, you’ll never lose fat

Nope. It only really works on muscle. People need to focus on weight lifting, cardio, and diet if they actually want to lose the weight. Cardio is great, it's hard but great!

many comments about how if you do this workout make sure you eat this or do it this number of times etc, the best thing to do is listen to your own body because it knows what’s best 🤍 i love this video because i can lay on the ground for most of it lol, and u can feel the mind- muscle connection. i do it once a week and my mom pointed out how “toned” my lower body is looking! thank u for this lil workout :)
