Lemme say this WORKSSSSS. I’m an inverted triangle, so my hips are very small compared to my shoulders. Growing my butt is SUPER hard but doing this 3 times a week (Sunday,Tuesday, and Thursdays) and my butt is noticeably more round and slightly bigger then before. Just remember to eat a lot of protein and take a couple rest days to give your flute muscles time to rest and heal!!! REMEMBER YOU GOT THIS ❤️❤️

Yes you are completely right! Glute maximum (butt muscle) is a big one with very quick regeneration. Therefore the stimulus has to be at least 3 times a week for growth. To maintain it's fine doing less :)

This works! I've gone from pancake after dramatic weightloss from health issue to a nice bubble. Have done every other day for around three months and progressed to using 2kg ankle weights. At first I couldn't do it the whole way through and now. do - still with some effort but that's why it's so good it actually hits the glutes not the knees or quads like so many 'butt' vids. Also I'm 43 and upped my protein post workout. Depending on my cycle I'll often opt for a glute bridge workout on inbetween days. Hope this helps someone out there!

I've been doing this workout for a week now, actually it was like 4 days haha. After a week I gain half an inch damn I'm so amazed and happy - the struggle are all worth it!!! When I was starting out I only got that result after a month of following a program but now damn in just a week where I only workout for 5 days -4 days butt workout and 1 day for abs and upper workout I got half an inch, what a steal!!! My butt are more firm and round, my mother also notice it. 💓💓 I will surely try your other workout. It hurts even more the second time 🍑 & 3rd & so on... Update: This is my favorite workout from Mary, I exercise my legs 3x per week and I use ankle weights and/or resistance band. I've been doing this workout for more than month & a half now with other glute activation videos from Mary and they work!! I've grown several inches and everyone's noticing it as well 😍

My most favourite and trusted workout! It really works, i did it for 3 weeks and saw result quickly. I had become physically active in 2020 after 4 yrs of sedentary life. Took up yoga practice, doing calisthenics, jogging & using my own 5, 8 & 10 lb hand weights & also did a lil circuit training but THIS was pretty challenging.... WHEWW & surprised myself that I stuck the whole 20 min. out. Surprised, but then again, I'm not bcuz of my lifestyle change... Btw, folks are surprised that I tell them that I have a 34 yr old son.. I will turn 62 next month but people think that I'm 1/2 my age... God is good! Thank you for this workout as I SHALL return to it, doing it couple of times a week. 😁

I need some more time to exactly figure out which helped me most because I was doing splits stretch 4 - 5 times too to open up hips and exercises too. So I want to observe it for some more time. But for buts, i would definitly say that her workouts are really good because I am doing them on regular basis. I have done this five times in the span of about ten days. I hadn't even bothered to check for results because I figured nothing would happen for at least a month. I was just getting dressed and noticed that my butt has lifted a bit already! It's nothing crazy of course but I can't believe that I can already see results. I don't think it's my imagination because I wasn't even looking to see if there was a difference yet. Wowww now I'm so much more motivated to keep doing it.

Starting a 1-month chain here: *eating everything in moderation but limiting dairy from now on *pairing this exercise with her 10 min Tiny Waist workout(only Mon,Wed,Fri) *GOAL: body recomposition(toning and snatching), not necessarily extreme weight loss *INITIAL MEASUREMENTS: W- 27.2" , H- 38.1", T(R+L)- 22', B- 34" *RESTARTING TODAY* DAY 1: ✅ did both workouts, so core and legs engaged and im sweating buckets!

I used to do the quarantine bubble butt workout and the hourglass abs right after for like 2 months. I did lose weight but stopped lol. I’m starting to workout again and I replaced the bubble butt workout with this because I think this workout is more challenging. Good luck!

Day 1 : done ✅ wasn’t easy but it wasn’t impossible Day 2: done ✅ I needed few seconds break in day one but today I did the whole exercise without pausing and i was telling myself since u can do this so u can do anything in ur life hhhhhh I’m really proud of myself ❤ Day 3 : ✅ it still so hard but I did it without break🎉 I took a day rest Day 4 : ✅ still hard but easier than before Skipped 2 days and I’m back Day 5 : done ✅ it was super easy this time 🎉 so many ppl struggle physically, I do mentally my mind is literally fighting against me to give up but I won't he was convincing me in the middle of exercise that its boring and I don't have to finish 20 mins 10 its okay but I didn't listen up and I finished, skipped 2 days here I am again day 6 : done✅🎉 day 7 : done ✅

I’ve only been doing this workout for a few weeks and I can already see a difference in my butt’s shape. It’s rounding out and cutting in at the bottom more than usual. I’m doing this one MWF, with upper body on TTh because I KNOW this workout will give me the results I’m looking for if I can already see a difference.

At first you'll find it a bit difficult, made a lot of pauses, but I didn't stop untill I can finally do it without stopping. This routine takes effect after a month of executing five times a week. If you are well discipline and consistent the result is surely achievable.

this is my first day of doing this workout and i am excited to see results :))) update: I usually do this workout 2x-3 a week (Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday) day 1: I thought it was really easy, but coming to the end it got really hard day 2: at the beginning it was really easy and then I felt the pain, by the end of the workout I am sweating, but I pulled through day 3: I used an ankle weight this time around and gosh, it was hard!! I would recommend doing this workout with a ankle weight, I was sweating throughout the workout! day 4: i cannot wait until i get results!!!!! i have been doing this workout religiously day 6+7: done day 8: done day 9: done day 10: done day 11: done day 12: done

I don’t usually comment, but I wanted to say that as a dancer I LOVE this for SO MANY reasons. not only does it WORK, It’s good for stability, alignment, flexibility, for strengthening lower back. As an inverted triangle, I don’t have good butt genes, but my butt already feels lifted after one session. Wish I had found this sooner. I am going to do this 5x a week. And I will update w results in few weeks. Currently my inner thigh is 23” (As my butt lifts my thighs gap will get bigger that’s how i plan to measure progress) We can do this guysss, let’s get fit for summer xx❤

Doing this exercise for 5 days! Small info: (i have done this workout previously but i never did it for more than 2 days straight) Before: 81 cm / 31.8 in Day 1✅: my body was shaking after 2 mins and i barely made it through without collapsing (probably cause i havent worked out in 2 weeks lol) Day2✅: my b00ty was on fire after the first 7 mins after that it became numb bc of the pain but i loved that (btw it was a lil easier to do than yesterday) :) Day3✅: So I didn't wanna do it because i was feeling lazy af, but i forced myself to do it and i feel like this time I've only spent 25mins on this workout BUT IT STILL WAS BURNING LIKE HELL!!!! Day4✅: so my lower back hurts a LOT and so does my Butt so RIP but it was a lil easier than yesterday. Day5✅:Done it burnt A LOT but i survived until 8mins without posing the vid lol i also gained 0.9pounds in 1 day yeah i gained a lot. I also took measurments of my butt &hip dips: Butt: 82cm / 32.2in Hip dips: 79.4cm / 31.2 in So they both have grown bc I went from 78cm /30.7in in my hip dips to 79.4cm/ 31.2in And keep in mind i gained 1 pound so yeah it does work and im exited to continue (just forget ab the pain lol it will go away

Been doing this for 2 days now and when I thought it was easy damn I was wrong. It's hard and intense. The only prob I have is I'm not sure if my form is right because I felt more burn in my knees and my hip bone in the one I wasn't using. But overall I will continue using this in my butt workout along with Pam booty burn. Will try Mary other workouts too since I love this one. 💘

1st time doing this!! Happy to say I went through the whole workout without any pause. Definitely had no stamina to hold as long as she did. The killer hold was brutal, but I'll do this for a few weeks alongside with other workouts to see if I get any results 😌

I was always a squats and lunges type of girl to get instant results. I tried this type of exercises before but didn’t get the instant results I liked. This time I tried this video and remained patient, I tried it once and seen a bit of a difference immediately. Tried it several times and my butt looks better now. I still do my squats haha. I always come back to this video tho whenever I got time

I do all of these and more and not all at same time and have completely reshaped my butt. I hit the gym 5-7 days a week working out my entire body daily at home and at the gym for 2 hrs a days and have dropped 63 lbs since April!!

Started this some days ago but wanted to write down my updates so Doing this for 3 weeks (ill take breaks + im doing a 5min glute bridge workout) - day 1 : burned so much I had to pause at least 10 times, but also im either going crazy or i already see some change - day 2 : burned the same didnt pause that much! dont think anything really changed but it does look bigger - day 3 : skipped so glutes get rest - day 4 : feels like im starting all over again - day 5 : no change but I did only the first part because I felt too tired - day 6 : I see a difference, my butt is definitely more round and it does stick out much more than before ( I also remember the workout without having to always look at the screen so im proud lol) stop doing this only because I was lazy but a month later im back and ill be going back on track - day 7 : my hands were so weak (only did the first 8 mins ) definitely feels like the first day of doing this again

This workout is seriously killer but totally worth it! Did it a couple times a week before a trip to NC last summer and it took in my waist and gave good result to the booty. Have sent it to all my friends and family when they say they have a trip coming up. 10/10 recommend 👍🏾
