A protein rich, flavour bursting dish perfect for breakfast lunch or dinner which is SO quick to rustle up!
In a bowl combine:
2 tbsp oil
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp red chilli powder
2 1/4 tsp grinded cumin
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp lemon juice
Salt to taste
1 tsp grated garlic
1 tsp grated ginger
3 finely chopped finger chillies
A handful of chopped coriander
Add all of ingredients in a bowl, mix into a paste, coat onto the boiled eggs and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes on each side!
