I feel cook onion and bhindi in water then finally add curd. Cooking curd will loose it's taste and texture. Curd will break and onion will remain uncooked if v do in video method. Anyhow the recipe is good. I liked it and made it now. I faced the problems mentioned

I have made this recipe a dozen times, it was never spoilt. In fact I am making it today so I came back for quick revision and your comment showed up. Don't know you got essence of frying okra before adding them into curry. Bhindi boiled in water is something I make joke of my friends mother. I would like to see the outcome of your version but definitely not going to try it.
