This is how you will recruit Liara T'Soni in Caleston Restored. Instead of going to Therum, you will dock at Throw Down Plaza because Liara's location is unknown by the squad and maybe someone there knows where she is.

Yes, it was cut in the final game for Therum. It was a planet that had a hub, quests and its own characters.
