Bioware put a weekend mission in the Multiplayer after he died. It required scoring 50,000 with the Avenger assault rifle (Zaeed's Jesse) and another 50,000 with firebombs (Zaeed's unique ability). They expected to take all weekend to score all that. Players managed to achieved that in four friggin' hours.

In Hock's vault from ME2, Kasumi comments about a "Turian version of the Titanic" when the model is clearly a 1-2 person fighter craft, as seen on Tachunka in ME3 when you attack the Reaper. And don't even get me started on Andromeda. I could deal with the faces and glitches, but a Turian named Oliver? An Initiative escape pod listed as Angaran? That is truly immersion-hostile.

Zaeed gets a lot more characterization...well, at least he seems like a slightly more interesting character here than what's in the main game. Seeing him interact with Garrus really brings him out as being part of the gang and less like just the 'bonus' he was in ME2.

Elementroar yeah, he felt bit underdeveloped in ME2. Except his own mission, he barely had any dialogue, and he just had few lines that go in circle. At least Kasumi had some funny remarks. He was a good long range squad tho. Anyway, in my first play, Zaeed tried to flirt with Samara, which lead to some funny interaction between two of them.

Even better, replace cyanide with H2O2. It's identical in appearance, smell, and taste to water but the additional oxygen atom makes it highly poisonous. Technically hydrogen peroxide (the kind you can buy to disinfect wounds) is H2O2, but I guess it's diluted enough that it won't kill you since otherwise they wouldn't sell it. As for pure H2O2, you can probably only find that in labs unless you somehow make it yourself.

Actually, Zaeed had a point with Shep's DNA. A clone would have an Amino Acid in it that Shepard wouldn't, due to it being genetically engineered instead of born, so if Zaeed keyed the Hot tub to that, Shep would be able to use it fine, but the clone would not.

What about strapping a grenade's pin with a wire, then the wire is attached to the lid of the toilet. While that's going on, the grenade itself is stationary within the bowl. Leave the toilet seat closed. So if someone walks in and decides to relieve themselves, they open the lid and BOOM, shrapnel all over their body, and hopefully the air pressure and shockwave will have ended them.
