Lesson 6: Muscles of elbow and radioulnar joint movement

There are 9 muscles in this lesson. Biceps Brachii, Brachialis, Brachioradialis, Flexor Carpi Radialis, Pronator Teres, Pronator Quadratus, Triceps Brachii, Anconeus and Supinator.
💪 Muscles for Elbow Flexion are: Biceps, Brachialis, Brachioradialis, Pronator Teres & Flexor Carpi Radialis.
💪 Muscles of Extension are: Triceps and Anconeus.
💪 Muscles of Pronation are: Pronator Teres & Pronator Quadratus.
💪 Muscles of Supination are: Supinator & Biceps.

Hold the soup! That's great and makes it easier to remember. I just graduated massage school where we did learn this muscle group, but the arms and hands have so much going on, I have to keep reviewing the different muscles, bones, and tendons and their actions. But sometimes it's so interesting to know about the size, shape, etc... I am practicing since my childhood intuitly massage, it's really my purpose. Recognized it when I had a lucide dream of a journey to Hawaii and get a invitation to a fourhand Lomi Lomi Nui.... 2012 I started with my training to get a Lomi practitioner... Funny, but the training never ends... Today I am 53 and I loooove what I do. It's the best working in the world for me. All the best to you

No, I was born in Germany and still live and massage now here, in my birth town Hannover, on the "other side" of the earth... 18 flight hours by plane from Hawai'i .......That's so funny.... but my soul had to surprise me in a way that was unexpectable, to find my way home...with that dream I had: *****We all were in the same canoe in the pacific to find our way back to unconditional allcompassing love and worldpeace with all brothers and sistas of the earth, paddling together with the big Kahuna Wahine at the rudder. *****when she told us to Stop, we got it: we are love, we are peace, we are bliss... So many tears of joy..... After that dream I read an article of Lomi Lomi Nui and had a try... So I found my way home : To celebrate touch the body, soul and spirit of the people around me. 🤣🤣🤣🤣😂🌺💖Maybe Hawai*i was my home in another lifetime, because when I first visit KAUA'I the island in the north of the 7 main Islands from Hawai' it feels like a big warm welcome from Mother Earth.
