Dr., I want you to know that you have changed my life. I have suffered from TMJ pain for a long time; even to the point of not being able to work. The pain was unbearable. However, only after a few days of practicing your techniques, my pain is almost gone!. You have changed my life. Thank you.

Dr Alan , your videos are so helpful, thank you, the most critical tip you shared was muscle memory and the need for daily therapeutic exercise. Thank you! - I've had TMJ and ear issues that came up, right after braces. I'm almost done prototyping an anti clench biofeedback device, video coming soon, not sure if it will help as much as your advice.

Zak Bogofe hello 👋 I clench my jaw not grind. But I don’t see why this wouldn’t help you. If your in pain then this should help those muscles. But please see your doctor about this also. You might need a mouth guard to help also. I hope you get some relief!

I've never been a smoker, drinker, or drug user. My doctors here can't figure out why I have this disease and several other medical conditions. If there is any way you think you can help it would be greatly appreciated. Bless you and all you do for others.

Thank you so much Dr, I have a lot of knots in my masseters from stress clenching. I also have tinnitus, I think it might be related to the muscle knots in my jaw and neck muscles as I have been told by physical therapists, my dentist, chiropractor and a massage therapist my tinnitus is coming from muscles. I have some very stubborn knots in my jaw and I am hoping this helps I have also been working on my SCM muscles as they are tight and loaded with trigger points. My scaleine muscles are also tight, I have been working on them a lot and they are beginning to soften up at last as I improve my posture. Just wondering about your opinion Dr?

Hey doc! What causes the actual swelling of massager muscle WITHOUT pain? The right side is constantly visibly swollen, you can actually see the lack of symmetry due to this swelling. Side note is I have tinnitus in the OPPOSITE ear and often swelling under the muscle under the jaw line as well. I also a lot of long-standing cranial nerve issues, including issues with the trigeminal nerve as I can’t just squint my left side of face like I can the right. When I try the whole face squints and more the right side vs the left and cannot close the left eye. A lot of info I know!

Dr I am trying this they want to operate do arthroscopic surgery as I banged my disc capsule so I hurt it and have trauma and arthritis in it now from a fall I took in my house in a hardwood floor! I hope this helps me it’s been a year almost got so bad it used to click and lock wide open I had to use ice to get it to close crying screaming in pain and my poor ear feels like ear infection or something is in there sinus nose running too headaches and pain when chewing. Neck too can’t sleep swallow good I have dizziness too and nausea. I have been resting it like the surgeon said to do he told me don’t eat just do liquids I did I was so sick starving I am anemic too thalassemia Anemia so I need red meat so hard to not eat when you are so anemic but when I think of the pain that can last for hours I stopped but now I can eat a little and chew lightly and I lost 7 pounds from not eating enough that is bad for me as I am little and only 90 pounds. 5’1” and 72 years old I look very very young my parents had good genes, I still eat now but cut up everything it’s better, but still there. I can open my mouth but still can’t go to the dentist to have a cleaning yet or filling. It cracks and neck cracks all the time feels like I got whip lash but I did fall on my face teeth jaw and chin twice I bounced back and hit again was bleeding but I tried to heal it myself suffering all those months I cannot take pain killers I am allergic to a lot of them so just heating pad and massages and did Tylenol and ice when it was swollen. Hurts to purse lips together shoots to the ear everytime I try to chew too much or talk on phone. Causes fever at times or chills I cannot be in cold environments it hurts too much. So I am 50% better than what I was I was screaming and crying for months but I am careful not to open my mouth wide or yawn wide. I need a night guard but these surgeons are really pushing for surgery to rebuild the capsule joint I am prettified I watched those awful horrid scary arthroscopic videos and heard of how rough recovery is and what you left with Nerve damage and I don’t want my face cut and big instruments going inside terrifies me. I had a pre -cancer biopsie and removal of a lesion on my cheek I suffered in pain took 2 years to heal. I don’t want to go thru that again cutting and puncture of my face with instruments placed inside. I pray you can help me God bless you thank you sorry so long I have anxiety and panic over this... I have a chiropractor friend for years see if he can help me, thank you so much, Ginger from Boston
