Ive always heard that if a house stands vacant it breaks down faster maybe the same can be said for your machines. You'll get it done and tomorrow will be better. Thank you for sharing.👍

I don't know why, I have the impression that it's not just the machines that are worn out. Good luck !

I’m gonna remind you on the generators go find some mobile MRI places that work on old MRI units decommissioned ones got a couple places and I’m telling you they got some massive generators in there either can be resolved or massive stat that you can pull all the copper out. not to mention the MRI units if they’re old enough, they’ve got over 1000 pounds of copper inside the MRI itself. I’m still working on trying to get inside of those but it’s a big process at the end of the day it will be worth it and the older model MRI once you get the plastic covers off of Cast aluminum and stainless steel. The MRI machines that I am dealing with our minimum 12,000 pounds they go up to like 30,000 pounds

On your press, what about using a metal mesh shield instead of plexiglass. That would stop the springs from flying out. Instead of making more shrapnel.

I like that idea I will see if I have some in the shop I can use.

What kind of press do you use for stage one and stage two? My scrap yard is willing to sell me copper transformers so I can start up my own shop.
@ProjectShopFl5 ай бұрын
First one is a Modded harbor freight 20 ton press with a 25 ton 10'000 PSI cylinder. The 2nd is completely custom with a 2 ton cylinder. I've made many videos on them and fixing them. just look for transformers in the thumb nail or description
