A great comparative test between an economical ball and a premium ball Rick! I play Srixon including: Distance, Soft Feel, Marathon, AD 333. I believe all of them are two piece balls great for distance, but not so good for "stopping on the greens." As a senior golfer, this is what I have opted for. Hi Rick. Really enjoying all of your contents. I am a amateur golfer from South Korea and I was wondering if you can review a golf ball thats made and developed in Korea. The brand is called "Diawings". Based on the advertisement, it is supposed to increase 10% of your normal distance with a driver. Someone who hits a carry of 200 meters will hit 20meters more, and its supposed to increase 3m/s of ball speed. If you are up to reviewing the ball, and need any help with the purchase, I will be glad to help you. Thanks again Rick, for making my golf life a better one.

Then, the posher the golf course, the better the balls 😆 The best thing about lake balls is at least they're clean 😆 Playing with those expensive balls that Rick uses would cost me a fortune if I played 18 holes, at £3.50 each I'd have been swimming in the lake myself to get 3 and half quids worth per ball 👍

I honestly only got back into golf about 8 months ago and I would just buy cheap nitro colored balls cause they are like 7 bucks a dozen but about a month ago I noticed I'm not losing as much balls as I uses to. I decided to try some balls with a medium price point tried the Taylor made distance balls and they are my new favorite for sure only like 13 bucks a dozen and they fly amazingly for my shot shape and club head speed, I hit my first 300yd drive with one of those bad boys. My favorite part is they perform great n don't break the wallet, only complaint I have which is a new one cause I usually lose the ball first but the cover isn't as durable as a proV1 or TP5 but honestly I'm happy I can abuse a cover and not lose the ball. Srixon make a great ball for a good price. I've bought the green box (not sure which ones they are) and love them. Probably a best seller because I think a lot of people recognize that playing a quality ball can really affect your game, but you don't always have to spend pro-v 1 money to get a good result if you're a higher handicap player.

That's the brand ball I play. The have a soft and distance ball. I've been using for a while. No complaints. I do like the pro v 1. Truth be told, if I lose a pro v 1 I'm pissed. Green fees are already expensive. As far as bang for the buck its pretty dependable. Thanks Rick. Love the vids. Hope the weather gets better. I had a windy round today need help on stingers. I have to watch some more.

I love Srixon balls, been playing them since Nike left the golf market. I play the Q star, good value for money, good feel and look. Really enjoy them!

I got these ball for a try and have hit a few into my net at home. I get maybe 50 full swing shots before they crack. I've not seen anything like this in other balls. I've had a mixed bag of balls that I've probably hit 300+ times without issue. The thing you really notice with the Srixon Distance is that after about 30 hits, the distance drops dramatically before it finally cracks. I wouldn't use these for a game unless i was switching them every few holes.

Looks exactly like the srixon q star when you cut it open. Also, i cut open some z stars and they were only 2 piece.

My only hole in one was with a Srixon soft. Been playing with Srixon soft since.
