Mike is so expressive and genuine you almost feel like you are sharing the meal with him. I’m always impressed with how many ways Mike finds to describe how good something tastes rather than just “delicious” and “amazing” I also appreciate the fact that when he tastes something good he doesn’t do the over the top moaning and groaning that many “foodies” are guilty of.

I love it when mike says “get this when you come here”. Honestly I love these Food/Travel vids because more than likely this is the only way I will ever be able to even get a sense of the experience. And I feel like im speaking for at least half of the people that view these types of videos. ✌️❤️

Hi Mike. Thank you for uploading this video. I only watched it over a dozen times, but who's counting? I never had grilled Korean Abalone or Mackerel, but watching you eat them, I will take your word that they were so good you almost had a meltdown. You should change the title from Massive Korean Seafood Hotpot to Abalone & Mackerel Meltdown in Jeju Island. You will definitely get more hits! Keep up the great work Mike. Always a pleasure seeing you brother. : )

Your video on Jeju Island truly makes me to reminiscent those days when I was traveling in Korea. There are many good Korean or non-Korean seafood restaurants throughout the US; but have barely felt those fresh seafood aromas felt in Jeju. It might be excessively seafoody taste and I miss those. Thanks for the video Mikey!!

damn you Mikey! 😭 abalone is like royal food in Seoul and you had so much of it. Also it's better to scoop out the rice into a separate bowl in the beginning, put the hot water in the original pot and close the lid and come back to it later. Makes sure the water infuses better when the pot is still hot
