MasterChef Canada S06 E01 Full Episode: Eighteen homecooks, six chosen by Alvin Leung, Claudio Aprile and Michael Bonancini each, are personally invited to compete in an inaugural 60-minute challenge for a MasterChef Canada apron in three separate heats. Of Alvin’s group, assigned chicken, Cliff's dish is deemed the best and he is awarded the first apron; Alyssa and Josh are also awarded aprons while Kimberly, Jamie and Laurie are sent home. Of Michael's group, assigned beef, Marie is sent home while Chanelle, Colin, Jenny, Steven and Tony are all awarded aprons, with Tony's dish praised as the best of the group. Of Claudio’s group, assigned shrimp, Andre, Jennifer and Rozin are given aprons after cooking the best dishes; Cryssi is given the final apron of the night while Lena and Mark are eliminated. My absolute favourite Masterchef Canada series season 6 and of course the best judges in the whole masterchef world. I personally think chefs Alivin, Claudio and chef Michael are very much relaxed and I love the way they judged all the dishes. The contestants were all brilliant aswel, very talented and friendly. Top series

same! season 6 in general is very wholesome, it's got no drama, amazing challenges, and had a very comfy look to it that differentiated it from previous seasons. if we get a season 8, i hope it'll be like this one.

​@@crossandres7 idk what u mean lol but what i'm saying is that for every season when Claudio chooses or brings back someone for every season, they legit finish at a high placement or are runner ups. For this season specifically, Claudio had 4 of his 6 chosen competitors that finished in the top 5. Crissy, Rozin, Andre and Jennifer. I forgot what was Rozin's placement. But if you had watched the previous seasons, you would know that Claudio is really good at choosing strong cooks amongst the other Judges. His eye for talent is just on a different level

Tony was my favorite guy this season .. he wasn't "the best home cook" but he was the kindest and had the most honest food imo. And Jennifer was my #1 from day 1 she has a magic inside her that I admire alot. I love storytelling through food and the artistry and creativity she came with every challenge was breathtaking. I know she is wrestling now or whatever but I hope she still cooks this way because she is the most talented person to ever come from this show
