I don't know why, tbh I just feel uncomfortable with the red colour in your videos(sorry to say that).. I understand that it symbolises desire, passion, energy and excitement, but I get the negative vibes(like power and danger)... I didn't want to comment but I felt that some other viewers can also have the same feeling

Hey bro, great and addicting content ❤ But i have a question. How do you cultivate mindfulness ?
@DarkPsycheZone5 ай бұрын
Thank you so much for the kind words and support! 😊 I'm glad you're enjoying the content. Cultivating mindfulness is a powerful practice that can enhance your overall well-being. Here are a few tips to get started: 1. Start with Breathing: Spend a few minutes each day focusing on your breath. Inhale deeply through your nose, hold for a few seconds, and exhale slowly through your mouth. This simple practice can help ground you and bring your attention to the present moment. 2. Practice Meditation: Set aside some time each day for meditation. You don't need to do it for long-5-10 minutes can make a big difference. There are plenty of apps and guided meditations available to help you get started. 3. Be Present: Try to be fully present in whatever you're doing. Whether it's eating, walking, or having a conversation, pay attention to the sensations, thoughts, and feelings that arise. This helps you stay connected to the present moment. 4. Mindful Activities: Engage in activities that promote mindfulness, such as yoga, tai chi, or even mindful walking. These practices help synchronize your mind and body, fostering a deeper sense of awareness. 5. Gratitude Practice: Take a moment each day to reflect on what you're grateful for. This can shift your focus from what's lacking to what you have, promoting a positive mindset. Remember, mindfulness is a journey, not a destination. Be patient with yourself and enjoy the process. Keep it up, and you'll likely notice a positive change in your life! 🌟 Feel free to reach out if you have any more questions. Happy to help!

Hey, I understand how tough it can be when feelings aren’t mutual. It's important to remember that your self-worth isn't tied to someone else's perception of you. Try focusing on self-improvement and building confidence in your own way. Embrace who you are and work on developing social skills at your own pace. It's okay to take time to heal and grow. Just focus on yourself. disappeared for some time in front of your envies and shock them with your achievements. Let them go their way 💪😊

I can understand your feelings. I have gone through the same thing. But I am fine now cause you have a bigger thing to focus Your mom and dad are growing older and you are growing older too it is your responsibility to gave them a happy life in their old age cause they took enough care of you in your young age. Just change the focus.

I appreciate your perspective! There are so many variations and advancements in NLP these days, it can be tough to keep track of what's original and what's been built upon.

Is these for real?🤗
@DarkPsycheZone5 ай бұрын
Yes, these tips are based on understanding introversion and social dynamics. Everyone’s experience is unique, so it might take some experimentation to see what works best for you. If you keep an open mind and practice patience, you can find a balance that helps you feel more comfortable and understood. 😊
