Nice! That straddle was clean, and so was the FL. The FL looks pretty good for being the challenge progression for you. Also I'm glad you're finally putting in the grind on OHP. I think it'll give you that final piece to smash full planche in maybe a month.

I think OHP is a waste of time to be honest. You already have sufficient muscle, you just need to do more specific work.

I feel lile Hspu is like a muscle up. Many ppl can do it, almost none of them (me included, lol) can do them completly clean.

HSPU needs the same form check as muscle up. Keep your line, and control the entire movement or you're cheating or maybe even not counting the rep if it's bad enough.

Hey Tyson I’m wondering if training legs makes gymnastic movements harder. I want to be able to do all these movements some day but I don’t want to sacrifice leg training and mass for it.

Yes it does make it harder but it is also true you don't have to sacrifice your leg training. I have achieved iron cross, straddle planche, front lever, HSPU, one arm chin up all when my legs where at their biggest (when I did Olympic lifting).

I’ve been following you for a long time and I’ve been watching the way you train. Have you ever tried training for the planche daily? You can train for the planche intensively every day. You’ll make way better gains if you let your body adapt to more frequent and intense training. You’ll get stronger, faster. Just make sure you don’t do too much other stuff that is not focused on your goals (junk volume).

Could give it a go. 30-day challenge? What you thinking: tuck planche, planche lean or banded planche. Attempting full or doing straddle every day would give me tendonitis.
