@Louise Rodoni The stop/start function is only on the V6 engine, and you can turn it off via a button on the centre console. Unfortunately you can’t permanently disable it so you have to turn it off each time you start the engine

Great video, is there a function to backup all your settings, to USB or cloud etc, I can see if a Master reset is done, it would take you hours to reset everything to how you had them previously, if you can backup the settings then reinstate them in a few seconds ?, maybe something to ask Ford at the training session if its not available

@@WebbyOnCars Yes we have but if we need to use the keypad (like calling a 13 number or something) then the keypad is disabled. Siri sucks as well because of the multiple phone numbers some of our contacts we have (home, work, mobile etc). It would just be easier if they enabled those features and had a disclaimer that says "Do not operate when driving" therefore alleviating the need for indemnity if someone was to have an accident as a result.

Need to go into the DAB. I got my Raptor and struggling on how to even select DAB channels or how to tune them. For example, select "DAB" then press a channel, and goes to FM... Click dab again, and + may get lucky and get a DAB channel but doesn't show as a selection. Very confusing...

@lotenzoafamasaga9257 you could try doing a soft reset which involves pressing the power button until the system restarts, or do a master reset which you can find in the settings. If neither of these work it might require a trip to your dealer to get looked at to see what the problem is

Hi Webby, how do I set the sat nav up to tow a caravan and get suitable caravan routes? The manual says go to the menu and select caravan and trailer but it’s not available. Is this an extra subscription if so how do I get it? Thanks in advance

@stuartmiddleton4090 I haven't tried any of the features with a caravan hooked up yet. Maybe it only works once the van is hooked up maybe?

The built in manual says to open the navigation tab and then press the menu to select caravan and trailer navigation (if fitted) I’m assuming with having the platinum and the tow pack, the sat nav includes caravan routes. I can’t find the menu, do you know where the menu is on the platinum navigation screen? The only one I can see is the icon with the spanner but nowhere in there does it show the caravan and trailer option for navigation. I have phoned Ford and to my astonishment they didn’t know where the menu option is!!! The dealer also doesn’t know, they said their training didn’t cover that topic, crazy I know.

Hi Webby, Still not getting any luck with my ranger, Local ford claim no keyless entry, Also the infotainment on mine doesn’t have the vehicle on the top right ? Any help appreciated .
