Theo Parnell, one of Aaron Keener's Rogue Agents, is a drone engineer, skilled hacker and conspiracy theorist. Parnell is working on several projects for Keener that further his plans. Besides that, Parnell discovered conspiracies surrounding the former government, including his father, President Waller and President Ellis. On top of that, he thinks The Division is corrupted.

Also Theo was desperate for answers in his dad for a while. But he wasn't desperate enough to where he accepted every answer.

I don't believe Kensington is the mysterious benefactor. But she is most likely related or most likely part of that organization. Now that you mention it, this is probably the person that Ellis talks to in the intel. However this goes beyond a single person.

@@Aristocratic13 Kelso is a rather unique case compared to the others because despite her lack of trust with Authorities and Government officials, she does what she does because she wants to and not because she is obligated to nor feels she needs to use the Division. Faye Lau, on the other hand, only stayed because out of obligation to protect her sister and the necessity of the Division's resources. However, once her sister died and the resources for the Division no longer existed, she was at the edge of turning Rogue in the end. Her reason for joining the Black Tusk is not just about her sister's death but in her eyes, the Black Tusks have all the "resources" required to save the USA while the Division do not because they no longer have the resources.

orrthehunter As far as Faye she appears to have a vendetta against the Division too. Seeing as she says ANNA network will bring its downfall and claims it’s perfect. Also I agree with your assessment with Kelso but I would add Kelso had more emotional support. There’s an audio log where Mannie is comforting her about being at DC and not with her family. Faye had Captain Benitez but also she had some opposition from Rhoades and others. I guess you can say Kelso was more appreciative or DC agents as a whole.

Okay, knowing what we know know now: can we be sure that Keener didn't have another Rogue pretend to be him during the attack on City Hall and during the SHD attack on Liberty Island? Theo shows that ISAC can be manipulated and we also see that Division agents are far too willing to rely on their SHD tech and ISAC to get things done throughout Div 1, 2, and Warlords.

In all honesty the rouges have their own reasons and I agree with many points. Keener and the rouges now just feels like a group of bad guys rather then people being kept quiet. He lost me shooting civilians and sending missiles to a damn city same like the black tusk did apperantly Trying to ALSO "save" DC . In my opinion the black tusk and the rouges relationship is complicated asf. They lose trust yet gain more from another rouge? If they were sent by the government wouldn't they give them also division gear instead of picking them up as it stated in Lucy and buddies description. That's just me but what do y'all think?

Little Theo. His story and experiences actually lead me to believe that Keener is in fact the good guy. Pause for a moment and think. Ellis is certainly bent, knowing he's with BTSU, I wouldn't put it past him to orchestrate what happened to ensure his own power or that of his paymasters.

Pretty much everything in Division 2 turns out to be exactly as i thought. The first moment we meet with "Hunters" my idea was that this was another part of unknown SHD task force that was created and trained as a part of the whole SHD program to eliminate itself when needed. The idea is to stop autority of the SHD agents by any means (basically kill them) because we are no more needed to reastablish the goverment and order (hunters appears only after we finished our job in Division 1). "Hunters" was created and trained for this. To completely eliminate the first threat which is the agents of SHD and their sources. But apparently they really suck at destroying the SHD itself, partly because they are also from SHD. Which is why Division 2 is starting with whole SHD network blacked out by actions of Black Tusks . Because this is where Black Tusk's were given order to eliminate this threat - us. And it was an order from a new Presiden that was against the whole SHD programm from the start. Basically all them want SHD to be dead, to not exist in the new world order. Because SHD without any control will destroy everything that they are trying to accomplish in this new world. And that's what Keener was trying to say to us. We've been used from the start. They already used us as instruments for their agenda.
