Reservation required even today life too... 1) ST reservation allowed as per the area they live... Hence it's need to continue 2) As per my opinion reservation not to be considered on the basis of religion... we need to more concentration on this. Now a days ( Almost) untouchability was no where. Hence SC and OBC reservation need to club in EWC. It's purely benifits to economic weaker sections irrespective of their religion. That to these reservation are to be applicable Only in education and Employment (Entry level only not for promotions)

మతం మారితే కులం మారదు ఇష్ట దైవాన్ని పూజించే హక్కు మనిషికి ఉండాలి ఏ దేవుణ్ణి పూజించాలి అనేది కూడా అధికారం ముసుగులో నిర్బంధించి చెప్పడం నియంతృత్వం కాక మరి ఏమవుతుంది ఇష్ట దైవాన్ని ఎంచుకొని పూజించే ఆరాధించే హక్కు ప్రతి మనిషికి ఉండాలి ఇది సహజమైన న్యాయం కాబట్టి కాబట్టి ఒక దేవుని నమ్ముకుంటే కులం మారిపోతుంది అనడం అనాగరికం అన్యాయం

If BC,ST people converted to Christians their caste and reservation remains same but if any SC caste person converted to Christianity he or she loose caste and reservation both. Why remaining caste people enjoying the benifits of reservation irrespective of religion. Why this law(just sc order 1950) applied only to sc people, this is again denial of fundamental rights. In 75 years of there is no religious freedom to sc caste people only. Note: sc caste people religious freedom denied by schedule caste order 1950 only. It is not mentioned in Indian constitution. This order was passed on 10th August 1950 after commencement of constitution.

అంబేద్కర్ గారి ఆలోచనా శైలి ప్రకారం గా అసలు దళితులు అనే వారు హిందూ మతానికి చెందిన వారు కానే కాదు. కానీ హిందూ మతానికి చెందిన అగ్రవర్ణాల వారు, తమ యొక్క పైశాచిక ఆనందాన్ని పొందడానికి దళితులను బలవంతంగా హిందూ మతం లో భాగస్వాములుగా చేసి, పోస్టాఫీసులో ఉత్తరాలపై అచ్చు గుద్దినట్టు, దళితులను అంటరానివారుగా అచ్చు గుద్ది, ఈరోజు కులం మారిన దళితులకు రిజర్వేషన్ ఇవ్వకూడదని, లాబీయింగ్ చేస్తూ, దళితులు కూడా మాసోదరులే అని వల్లే మాలిన అభిమానం ఓలుకపోస్తున్నారు. జస్టిస్ రంగనాథ్ మిశ్రా కమిషన్ రిపోర్టును, జస్టిస్ సచార్ కమిషన్ రిపోర్టును, కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ రాజకీయ లబ్ధి కోసం ఉపయోగించుకొన్నది. ఆయా రిపోర్టులను చెత్త బుట్టలో వేయమని సలహా ఇచ్చిన బీజేపీ, ఇప్పడేమో మూడో కమిషన్ ను నియమించి రిపోర్టు మేము కోరినట్లు రావాలని కండీషన్ పెట్టినట్లుగా ఉంది. ఉదాహరణకు అయోధ్య కేసులో తీర్పు వెలువరించినందుకు రాజ్యసభ సీటు కట్టబెట్టినారు. దీన్ని బట్టి మూడో కమిషన్ ఏవిధంగా రిపోర్టు ఇస్తుందో అని బుద్ధి జీవులు ముందుగానే ఊహించవచ్చు.

హిందూమతం వద్దు మాకు క్రిస్టియన్, ఇస్లాం మతం కావాలి అనుకున్న SC జాబితాలో ఉన్న కులాల వారికి BC - C రిజర్వేషన్ ఇవ్వాలి. ఇప్పుడు BC - C రిజర్వేషన్ 1% మాత్రమే ఉంది. దానిని పెంచి మతం మారిన వారికి క్రిస్టియన్, ఇస్లాం సర్టిఫికెట్ జారీ చేస్తే సమస్య తీరిపోతుంది. క్రిస్టియన్ మతంలోకి మారి కూడా హిందూ -SC అని సర్టిఫికెట్ తీసుకోవటం రాజ్యాంగవిరుద్దo. SC జాబితాలో జనాభా అధికంగా ఉన్న రెండు, మూడు కులాలే SC రిజర్వేషన్ ద్వారా లబ్ది పొందుతున్నారు. SC జాబితాలో ఉన్న అల్ప సంఖ్య్యాక కులాలు భారతరాజ్యాంగం అమలులోకి వచ్చి 74 సంవత్సరాలు అయినప్పటికి SC సర్టిఫికెట్ పొందలేకపోతున్నారు. హిందూమతం వారికంటే క్రిస్టియన్ మతంలోకి మారిన వారికి SC సర్టిఫికెట్ నిరంభ్యంతరంగా జారీ చేస్తున్నారు. రాజ్యాంగం ప్రకారం SC రిజర్వేషన్ అమలు చెయ్యాలి.

మతం మారేటప్పుడు ఆ మతం లో కుల వివక్ష లేదు అందుకే మారుతున్న అంటారు, మరి అదే రిజర్వేషన్స్ విషయానికి వచ్చే సరికి ఇక్కడ కూడా వివక్ష ఉంది కాబట్టి మాకు రిజర్వేషన్ కావాలి అంటున్నారు. మరి అలాంటప్పుడు మతం మారడం ఎందుకు...? పోనీ అక్కడ కుల వివక్షలు ఉన్నాయి అనుకుందాం, అలాంటప్పుడు ఇక్కడ కులం వద్దు అనుకుని మతం మారిన వారికి సామాజిక సమానత్వం ఇవ్వాల్సిన బాధ్యత వాళ్ళు మారిన మతాలది, కానీ ఆ విషయంలో వాళ్ళు ఫెయిల్ అయ్యారు అనుకుందాం, మరి వాళ్ళు ఫెయిల్ అయిన దానికి మేము ఎందుకు నష్ట పరిహారం చెల్లించాలి..? వాళ్లకు సమానత్వం ఇవ్వాల్సిన బాధ్యత వాళ్ళను చేర్చుకున్న మతాలది. ఒకవేళ మత స్వేచ్ఛ ఉంది అనుకోవచ్చు... కానీ రిజర్వేషన్స్ హిందువులలో ఉన్న అసమానతల కోసం ఇచ్చారు... ఆ అసమానతలు కులం వల్ల వచ్చాయి... ఆ కులం ఇస్లాం క్రైస్తవం లో లేదు. మరి అలాంటప్పుడు వాళ్ళు ఎలా ఎదగాలి అనొచ్చు... వాళ్ళకోసం మైనారిటీ కార్పొరేషన్లు ఉన్నాయి కదా... ప్రత్యేక రిజర్వేషన్స్ ఉన్నాయి కదా...! వాటి ద్వారా వాళ్ళకి సహకారం చేయొచ్చు... మీరే అన్నారు మతానికి కులానికి సంబంధం లేదని...అలాంటప్పుడు కులం అనేది కేవలం హిందూ మతం లోనే ఉంది అని ఎలా అంటున్నారు...? కులం విషయం లో పాపం మోయాల్సింది హిందువులు అదే దాని వల్ల రిజర్వేషన్స్ ఫలాలు తినేదేమో ఇతర మతాల...? ఇది ఎంత వరకు న్యాయం..? మీరు చెప్పిన విషయాలు అంబేడ్కర్ గారికి తెలియకనా... మరి ఎందుకు అయన రిజర్వేషన్స్ హిందూ దళితులకు మాత్రమే పెట్టారు....? ఎందుకు దళితులు ఇస్లాం క్రైస్తవం లోకి వెల్లోద్దు అన్నారు..? కేవలం భౌద్ధం ఎందుకు ఎంచుకున్నారు...? అస్సలు ఇస్లాం క్రైస్తవం కులాలని ఒప్పుకుంటాయా..? ఒప్పుకోవు...అలాంటప్పుడు కుల ఆధారిత రిజర్వేషన్ ఎలా ఒప్పుకుంటే... ఒకవేళ ఒప్పుకుంటాయి అనుకుందాం... సరే అయితే నలా దేశపు నిమ్న వర్గాల కోసం రిజర్వేషన్స్ ఇచ్చిన ఒక్కదేశం చూయించండి... మన దేశం నుండి విడిపోయిన పాకిస్థాన్ బంగ్లాదేశ్ లలో దళితులు ఉన్నారు కదా...? మరి వాళ్లకు ఎందుకు రిజర్వేషన్ ఇవ్వలేదు...? పోనీ కనీసం మన దేశం లో అంతర్భాగం అయిన కాశ్మీర్ లో కూడా మొన్నటి దాకా ఆర్ట్.370 తీసివేసే దాకా రిజర్వేషన్ ఇవ్వలేదు.... మరి అక్కడి దళితుల పరిస్థితి ఏమిటో మీకు తెలుసా.... ముస్లిం క్రైస్తవులకు రిజర్వేషన్స్ ఇవ్వడం అంటే భవిష్యత్తు లో మన చేతులారా మనమే మన రిజర్వేషన్స్ నీ బొందపెట్టడం అని అర్థం. ఇలా చెప్పుకుంటూ పోతే ఇంక చాలా ఉన్నాయి .

B.R. Ambedkar, a leader of the struggle of Dalits was born in the Mahar caste which was considered as an "untouchable" community by the upper castes. The fundamental flaw in your teaching is that the reservations in India based only on the castes which we see only in India and nowhere else in the world and the castes are integral part of the religions originated only from India, like, sanatana or Hindu, Jain, Buddhism and Sikhism. There are no castes in Islam, parsee, Judaism and Christianity. So if a Hindu or Buddhist or Jain or Sikh converts into any of above mentioned India born religions he / she carries with him/ her the caste tag as well. But once he/ she converts into Islam or Christianity the caste tag vanishes religiously the next moment. If the SC and ST reservations are extended to all above converts then the real SC and STs who have not converted will lose the benefits of reservations created by Baba Saheb Ambetkar. Hope the good sense will prevail in the minds of our Supreme court judges.
