INSTALLING A RS5 BODYKIT TO MY AUDI S5

So big modifications have started on my Audi S5 V8. The RS5 bodykit arrived and i tackled fitting it. It was difficult in some places but overall the end result was worth it! Looking alot better now it has been lowered on BC Racing coilovers with the RS5 B8 Body Kit.

My first comment, I’ve been following you since you got the S5 and have to say your doing a grand job, definitely not worried about getting stuck in and getting over problems, I’ve been a mechanic for 30 years now and you are doing a good job, I wouldn’t worry about the armchair mechanics, none of them have a clue what they are on about, just think they do

Hi, I have S6 black edition and purchased aftermarket front black rings to replace stock chrome - size and keyway weren't exact but I got them on my car OK. When looking vertically down on installation, small gaps can be seen but from front on, mod looks fine and is a good 'un. Bear in mind audi are continually changing their keyway pattern precisely to deter aftermarket mods, so keep persevering with your purchased rings, Really enjoying your vids and your can-do attitude shines through beautifully, cheers !

Tbh it shows up xenonz lack of attention to detail when u see the actual obstacles the fitting threw up for mat.For the money they charge it should have fitted like a glove out the box in my opinion

Had the same problem with replacing the badge on my s5 when I did the grille swap the other day! It was slightly too big bit annoying when you pay $70 for it! I think it’s the type of grille we have to be honest

To overcome the canbus error for fog lights, fit resistors to the fog light wiring to make it think theres a lamp fitted 👍

It's a little cheeky to have rs logo brakes and an rs bodykit but at the same time it definetly is better than the almost stock A5 bumper on every S5. But I'm more interested in seeing what you're gonna do in the interior with the steering wheel and such. :D
