Hi chef, i have a questions why does my bonbon become sweating/ condensation after unmoulding the Bonbons eventhough i unmould it in 24c room temperature? Here in my country the weather is always 30c and above😭

I have a question about your forms. Are these made of polycarbonate? And where can I buy this form with 8 pieces? I live in Germany and we do not have these small forms. Please would you be so nice and give me an address where I can just buy these little shapes? Kind regards Angelika

Good evening! Yes, it is a polycarbonate type It's a little custom-made, but maybe you can buy it on Amazon.

@@chezsucre892 Unfortunately I do not get that in Germany via Amazon. There are only forms with 21-36 pieces of chocolates per form. But I would like to have the smaller shapes. Thank you very much for your answer Warm greetings from Germany Angelika
