Makes around 3, 120mL cups
- 7g gelatin powder
-50g water
- 6g matcha powder
- 30g water
- 200g milk (I used skim milk)
- 20g agave syrup (or sugar)
- 70g whipping/heavy cream
- azuki (sweet red bean paste)
- dango
*you may adjust matcha and sugar levels to your liking

Greetings from Bangalore, India. This recipe looks easy and the pudding looks so good. Thank you for the beautiful video. May I take the liberty as an older woman to request you not to wear synthetic flowing dresses with fluffy full sleeves and go near flame? Looking at how close your wrists were to the flame made me feel concerned. Cotton dress and aprons are safest while cooking. Hope you don’t mind.

I haven’t tried a different gelatin substitue but I’m sure you could but make sure to adjust the liquid ratio and cook according to packaging. Depending on the powder the texture will most likely be diff
