@@istankimjong-unbutcantstan3398 I don't know. My mom was able to support 4 kids on less than $400 a week. There wasn't any 60 yr old men dancing in the streets with their dirty tighty whites on in front of children, no pronouns being used, kids were out playing all day being social, and came home when the street lights came on. Neighbors looked out for the kids. Yes bad shit has always happened but, THINGS WERE BETTER BACK THEN. Just different and society as a whole has gotten a hell of a lot worse.

Lyrics: What I wonder it's like to be the rainmaker I wonder what it's like to know that I made the rain I'd store it in boxes with little yellow tags on everyone And you can come and see them when I'm Done, when I'm done I wonder what it's like to be a super hero I wonder where I'd go if I could fly around downtown From some other planet, I get this funky high on yellow sun Boy I bet my friends will all be stunned, they're stunned Straight up, what did you hope to learn about here If I were someone else, would this all fall apart Strange, where were you, when we started this gig, I wish the real world, would just stop hassling me And you, and you, and me I wonder what it's like to be the head honcho I wonder what I'd do if they all did just what I said I'd shout out an order, I think we're out of this man get me some Boy don't make me wanna change my tone, my tone Straight up, what did you hope to learn about here If I were someone else, would this all fall apart Strange, where were you, when we started this gig I wish the real world, would just stop hassling me Please don't change, please don't break Could the only thing that seems to work at all is you Please don't change, at all from me to you And you, to me Straight up, what did you hope to learn about here If I were someone else, would this all fall apart Strange, where were you, when we started this gi I wish the real world, would just stop hassling me I wish the real world, would just stop hassling me I wish the real world, would just stop hassling me And you, and me

It's great to see so much love for MB20 in the comments here! I always loved this band too, but I can tell ya that back in the time when it was popular, most of my similarly-aged friends (45) on Epinions sure didn't. To them, MB20 was like the poster child for all "wimpy, generic" music and the only good music was in "classic rock" like AC/DC, Led Zep, ZZ Top, etc. They had this tone, this way of making you feel like there must be something wrong with you if you liked this stuff. Which is part of why it's so nice seeing so much positivity here. Like maybe I was OK after all?

This was one of the first songs I ever recognized and took a liking to (I'm 23 now). My grandparents used to watch me before my younger brother was born while my parents worked. This song would always play on MTV and VH1, and I would always make my grandparents tune in to the channel in hopes of catching this as well as a few other favorites at my toddler age. My god, my grandpa who would have been 70 at the time hated rock music but somehow took a liking to this song. He would always be singing it to himself when doing menial tasks. This song always makes me think of him ever since his passing in 2008 when I was 12.

@@jamesclaygarrison7192 radiohead, you mean the group that hates one of their own songs because it got popular and people like their music? Because they don't awnt people to enjoy their music and hate that their music effects and touches people? kphoenix137 I had to deal with global problems and an insanity that reached to high limits. My parents were very open to me and told me what people were doing. 'Ell, I'm involved in politics, can develop my own personal mindset, have lost great ones, helped others and asked for nothing in return, and I can absolutely see everything in a view you wouldn't dare to imagine. I study constantly on everything, I meditate on it, and I look into it. I've even got law problems on my back, but I believe in rebellion, and I believe in fighting for it. SO yes, I understand the real world, despite my youthful age. And I believe in fighting for rights depicted upon intelligent mindsets, and changing the 'real world" into a better place. A utopia awaits in this cruel world, burning to the ground if we change it around. :)
