Nope. Because humans desire goods at marginal rate. Your desire to drink a gallon of water substantially decreases after you've already had a gallon, or two, or three. And this changes based on the individual, their activity, and their context. Your desire for a gallon of water is significantly higher when you're thirsty in the desert than when you're sitting comfortably in your home with free flowing tap water.
